With the TV and Film industry moving to a more environmentally sustainable model the more important it is to find a solution at the end of the production and try to alleviate waste disposal and landfill sites been used.

With our end of production clearance service, we take all the stress and worry and hard work out of the process, see below.

Process to enable an environmentally sustainable end to your productions

Approximately 4 weeks before the wrap of your production, contact us here at Elite
An elite member will then arrange a visit to your site (we cover all of the uk ) to discuss your requirements
We then take a look at the props/assets you have available and offer the full service of either 3 options below
- 1, we make an offer to purchase the assets for us to reuse and or sell on through our auction
- 2, we sell the items on your behalf through the auctions
- 3, sometimes the assets don’t always cover the cost of the labour and transportation of the goods of the site so we would then charge a fee for this

Like I say, sometimes its all too easy to fill skips up

Like I say sometimes its all too easy to fill skips up which adds to landfill and costs in labour and skip hire but if you use our service even at a cost this limits the amount of items going into landfill and meeting the environmental sustainability that the industry is striving to achieve and 9/10 it is more financially economical than using labour and skips

The quickest we have mobilised was end of 2025 when we were approached to clear a site in Elstree London on the Friday and on the Monday we had 3 men on site in 3 lwb vans to load as well as our haulage partner who sent down 2 18 tonne arctics on the same day it was all cleared. ( this is possible in the future but more notice the better|)

If we choose option one, and you purchase the assets, how does this work?

No up front costs we deal with removal and transportation of
